Proudly serving the City of Saint Paul and the surrounding Metro Area.
Hello, I am
A convenient mobile notary service for individuals and businesses in the Twin Cities Metro area.
My friends call me MzLeigh. I am proud to say that I have been serving my community in many different capacities for over 30 years. I consider it an honor to be of service to ALL members of my community, and I look forward to working with you.
Fully mobile, by appointment and availability only. I travel to you at a time and location that is most convenient for you.

As your professional notary public and loan closing signing agent, my priority is to serve my entire community's notarial needs. I will carefully guide you through the documents that you need notarized with grace, compassion, and empathy.
MzNotaryMN is a certified, commissioned notary public and licensed closing signing agent, insured and authorized by the State of Minnesota to perform the following notarial acts: general notary, e-notarization, remote notarization, real estate closing, and other signings.
You choose the notarial act that best fits your circumstances.
Acknowledgements are required for legal documents that pertain to valuable properties, such as mortgages and deeds. They validate the documentation of a sale or transfer of property.
Jurats are one of the more complicated types of notarizations. Jurats are used to confirm the authenticity within a document and require an oath to be taken by the signer of the document in order to be valid.
A copy certification is exactly what the title implies. If a legal document is copied, it must be authenticated by a notary in order to be legally binding.
One of the most common tasks for a notary is to witness the signature of a legal document. In this type of notarization, a notary public confirms the identity of the signers and provides their own validation. Unlike a jurat, no oath is required.
