Estate Document Signing & Notarization
Thoughtful, in-person service for life's most important documents. Estate planning documents deserve time, privacy, patience, and careful attention — and I bring all of that to you.
I provide mobile signing and notarization appointments for estate documents that have already been prepared or selected by you, your attorney, or your authorized document provider. I travel to homes, offices, hospitals, hospice locations, assisted living communities, nursing homes, and other agreed locations throughout the Twin Cities Metro.
As a matter of company policy, I conduct estate-document appointments in person and do not offer Remote Online Notarization for estate-planning document packages.
MzNotaryMN Role
During your appointment, I may:
- Verify each signer's identity
- Confirm each signer appears willing and aware
- Administer an oath or affirmation when required
- Witness or take an acknowledgment of signatures as directed by the document
- Complete the appropriate notarial certificates
- Coordinate qualified witnesses when requested and available
- Review the completed package for missed signatures, dates, or initials
- Securely return or deliver documents when courier service is requested

All packages are plus travel. A client-provided deed prepared by an attorney or title professional may be added for $75.
Packages do not include travel, facility access, parking, witnesses I provide, priority/evening/weekend service, printing, courier, additional documents beyond the package, applicable notarial-act fees, or time beyond the included appointment period. Additional time may be billed at $25 per 15 minutes, with your approval before it's incurred.
Applicable notarial-act fees follow Minnesota's statutory limits and are itemized separately. Your exact total is confirmed in writing before your appointment.
