Apostille Facilitation & Courier
Sending documents abroad? I handle the entire apostille process for you — notarize, submit to the Minnesota Secretary of State, and return your certified documents securely. No hidden fees, no confusion.
What is an apostille?
An apostille is a certificate issued by a government agency verifying the authenticity of a notary's signature and seal, so your notarized document can be accepted by an agency in a foreign country. Apostilles are used for documents going to the 156 countries in the Hague Apostille Convention.
Documents sent to countries that are not part of the Hague Convention may instead require authentication through the U.S. Department of State. It's important your documents are in the correct format — original or certified copy — and translated if the destination country requires it, to prevent rejection.
