Mobile fees
Travel / admin / processing
Included: first stamp & signature.
Example: a 62-mile round trip is $65 + (12 miles × $0.76) = $74.12.
Extended travel is billed at MzNotaryMN's published business mileage rate — a service and travel charge, not a representation of the current IRS deduction rate. For appointments exceeding 50 miles round trip, $0.76 is added for each mile beyond 50, measured round trip from Saint Paul ZIP 55102.

Every priority request is reviewed and confirmed personally. You may provide your own qualified witnesses when the document and applicable law permit.
Remote online notarization
The $40 fee covers secure identity verification, credential analysis, knowledge-based authentication when required, the live session, electronic seal, electronic journal, session recording, and electronic delivery. It is charged once for each location a signer joins from, so two signers in separate locations means two of these fees. Notarial acts are counted by the number of stamps required across all documents, not by the number of signers. Minnesota sets the notarial act fee at $5, and that charge is always itemized separately from the service and technology fee. Estate-planning packages and reverse mortgages are performed in person only.
One signer at one location with one stamp: $45. Two signers at the same location with four stamps: $70. Two signers in separate locations with four stamps: $100.
Estate-planning appointments
All packages are plus travel and $5 per applicable notarial act. The single-document rate applies to any one estate document — power of attorney, health care directive, will, trust certificate, or deed — signed at a home or office. Documents executed at a care facility use the Facility Document Package below. MzNotaryMN does not draft, select, interpret, or recommend estate documents.
Hospital, hospice & care facility
Facility visits include the mobile fee within 10 miles, facility coordination, and the first $5 notarial act. Document packages include facility coordination, two witnesses provided, document completeness review, and on-site time of up to 2 hours for one or two documents, or up to 3 hours for three or four. The package fee is payable whether the documents are executed or not, because facility appointments require reserved time and coordination regardless of outcome.
Apostille & authentication
Apostille add-ons
Courier service means your documents are already notarized. Full-service facilitation means I notarize them first, then handle submission, tracking, and return. Turnaround times are estimates based on the Minnesota Secretary of State's published schedule. The apostille is issued by the State, not by MzNotaryMN, and appointment availability is at the State's discretion. Government, carrier, translation, and consular costs are passed through as disclosed.
Loan signings & reverse mortgage
Reverse mortgage
Loan signing fees include printing up to 300 pages, up to 90 round-trip miles, signing facilitation, and local package drop-off as instructed. Travel beyond 90 round-trip miles is billed at $0.76 per mile. Reverse mortgage appointments are conducted in person so there is time, patience, and personal attention. Final pricing is confirmed after review of package size, number of signers, and location. RON loan signings are flat package prices covering identity verification, the remote session, signing facilitation, and electronic delivery to title or lender. They are not priced using the per-location RON rate.
Corporate & I-9
Form I-9 verification is an employment-verification service, not a notarial act. MzNotaryMN does not act as the employer or determine work authorization. The Business Partner Retainer is built for law firms, title companies, HR departments, and staffing agencies, and is subject to a written agreement.
