Mobile Notary for Hospitals & Care Facilities
Compassionate service at the signer's bedside or residence. When an important document must be signed in a hospital, hospice, assisted living community, nursing home, rehabilitation center, or memory-care setting, I bring patient, respectful notary service directly to the signer.
I understand that health conditions, medication schedules, fatigue, facility routines, and family concerns can make these appointments more sensitive than an ordinary notarization. I allow time for communication, reasonable breaks, and an unhurried signing whenever possible.

What happens during the appointment
When I arrive, I will:
- Check in according to facility rules
- Meet and communicate directly with the signer
- Review the document for obvious blanks and signing instructions
- Verify identity
- Confirm the signer appears willing and aware
- Administer an oath or affirmation when required
- Witness or take an acknowledgment of the appropriate signature
- Complete the notarial certificate and journal entry
- Return the documents to the person authorized to receive them
I do not review medical records, diagnose the signer, or make medical decisions. I provide notarization services only — I do not prepare, select, or complete legal documents.
Facility appointment pricing
Starting prices include local mobile service within 10 miles of Saint Paul (55102), facility access and appointment coordination, and the first completed notarial act.
Additional distance, notarial acts, witnesses, parking, priority scheduling, printing, courier service, and extended waiting time are quoted separately before your appointment is confirmed.
How your total is built
Assisted living, 8 miles away, one document: $35 mobile service + $35 facility coordination + $5 first notarial act = $75 — the starting price.
Hospital, 15 miles round trip, two documents + one witness: $45 mobile service + $50 facility coordination + $5 first act + $5 second act + witness fee = $105 + witness fee, confirmed in writing before your appointment.
