No attorney-client or advisory relationship

MzNotaryMN and I Am She LLC are not a law firm. Nothing on the website creates an attorney-client, tax-advisor, financial-advisor, lender-borrower, medical-provider, immigration-advisor, or fiduciary relationship. Do not rely on the site to choose, draft, complete, interpret, or evaluate a legal document or transaction.

Notarial role

A notary is an impartial officer who performs a limited act reflected in a notarial certificate. A notarization does not prove that every statement in the document is true, that the document is enforceable, or that a recipient must accept it. A copy certification addresses the accuracy of the copy, not the truth or legal effect of its contents.

Third-party and government decisions

Government offices, courts, recorders, title companies, lenders, employers, consulates, foreign authorities, carriers, and document recipients apply their own rules. MzNotaryMN does not guarantee acceptance, processing time, delivery date, recording, apostille issuance, or a particular legal or financial result.

Current information

MzNotaryMN works to keep information accurate and current, but laws, fees, forms, platform requirements, agency procedures, and business offerings can change. Verify current requirements with the controlling authority or a qualified professional before acting.

Links to external websites are provided for convenience. MzNotaryMN does not control or endorse every statement, product, privacy practice, security measure, or availability of an external site.

Emergency and high-stakes matters

Do not use the website or Jade for an emergency, urgent medical decision, threatened abuse, suspected exploitation, active fraud, or an immediate legal deadline. Contact the appropriate emergency service, attorney, health care professional, financial institution, law enforcement agency, adult-protection authority, or government office.

Jade AI Assistant Disclosure

What Jade is

Jade is an AI-powered virtual assistant used by MzNotaryMN to provide general service information, collect preliminary booking details, answer common administrative questions, and route requests for human review.

Jade is not a lawyer or a final decision-maker

Jade does not provide legal, tax, financial, medical, immigration, title, lending, or estate-planning advice. Jade does not select a document or notarial act, determine capacity, approve identification, decide whether a document is lawful, promise that a recipient will accept it, or finally confirm an appointment or price.

AI limitations

AI systems can misunderstand a question, omit an exception, rely on incomplete information, or generate inaccurate language. Treat Jade's response as preliminary general information. Final availability, eligibility, fees, document handling, identification, witnesses, RON, apostille, and service decisions must be confirmed by MzLeigh or another authorized human representative.

Do not send unnecessary sensitive information

Do not enter Social Security numbers, full financial-account numbers, access credentials, medical records, full identification numbers, or complete unredacted legal documents into the chat unless MzNotaryMN has specifically directed you to an approved secure method. Use the secure upload process for requested documents.

Chat records

Chat messages may be stored in GoHighLevel or another technology provider so MzNotaryMN can respond, document consent, improve service, prevent abuse, and protect legal rights. Chat data is handled under the Privacy Policy and the provider's own terms.

Human review

Ask for human review whenever the answer affects a legal deadline, signer identity, capacity, witnesses, document eligibility, fees, scheduling, RON, apostille, estate planning, reverse mortgage, or another high-stakes matter. You may call or text 833-695-3444 or email Hello@MzNotaryMN.com.

No emergencies

Jade is not monitored as an emergency service. For immediate danger or a medical emergency, call 911 or the appropriate local emergency service. For suspected exploitation, fraud, or abuse, contact the appropriate authority or a qualified professional.

SMS and Text Messaging Terms

Program description

MzNotaryMN may send text messages about booking requests, appointment confirmations, reminders, directions, document-readiness questions, invoices, payment status, service updates, and customer support. Marketing or promotional texts are sent only when you separately opt in or when otherwise permitted by law.

Consent

By entering a mobile number and affirmatively selecting an SMS consent option, you authorize MzNotaryMN and its service providers to send texts to that number, including messages sent with automated technology when disclosed. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchasing a service. Do not provide a number unless you are the subscriber or customary user authorized to consent.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on your appointments, requests, and preferences. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt out

Reply STOP to stop eligible text messages. You may receive one confirmation of the opt-out. You can also email Hello@MzNotaryMN.com. An opt-out from marketing does not prevent a personally sent response to your request or a legally necessary message, and MzNotaryMN will honor applicable consent rules.

Changing or recycled numbers

Tell MzNotaryMN promptly if you change, transfer, or stop using a mobile number. You agree not to hold MzNotaryMN responsible for messages sent before it reasonably processes notice that the number changed ownership.

Privacy and providers

Text information is handled under the Privacy Policy. GoHighLevel, telecommunications carriers, and messaging vendors may process message content, delivery records, consent, opt-outs, device information, and telephone numbers under their own terms.

Availability

Texting is provided on an as-available basis. Carrier filtering, network problems, device settings, or provider outages may delay or prevent delivery. Do not rely on text alone for an urgent cancellation, deadline, or emergency.

Electronic Communications and Electronic Records Consent

Consent to electronic delivery

By affirmatively agreeing during booking or payment, you consent to receive electronically the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, quotes, invoices, receipts, confirmations, reminders, disclosures, document requests, and other records related to your MzNotaryMN transaction. Electronic records may be delivered by website, email, text link, client portal, or approved platform.

Electronic signatures and actions

Your electronic signature, checkbox, typed name, payment, click, or other electronic action may be used to show agreement and has the same intended effect as a handwritten signature to the extent allowed by law. This consent does not itself convert a document into a RON transaction or waive any notarization formality.

Hardware and software

You need a device with internet access, a current browser, a working email address, the ability to receive text messages when selected, and software capable of displaying and saving PDF or web records. A RON session may also require a camera, microphone, compatible device, identity-proofing tools, and platform account.

Keeping information current

You are responsible for providing a current email address and mobile number and for checking messages, spam folders, and platform notifications. Notify MzNotaryMN if your contact information changes.

Paper copies

You may request a paper copy of a business record by emailing Hello@MzNotaryMN.com. A reasonable printing, mailing, or courier charge may apply when disclosed in advance, but no fee is charged where prohibited by law.

Withdrawing consent

You may withdraw consent to future electronic delivery by emailing Hello@MzNotaryMN.com. Withdrawal does not affect records or actions completed before it is processed. If electronic delivery is necessary for a particular RON, platform, or urgent service, withdrawal may mean MzNotaryMN cannot provide that service electronically and may require cancellation or an in-person alternative.

Retention

You should download or print important records. MzNotaryMN retains business records according to the Privacy Policy but does not promise indefinite portal or website access.

Cookie Notice

What cookies are

Cookies are small files stored by a website or by a service embedded in it. They can keep a site working, remember preferences, measure use, or track activity across sites.

What this website sets

This website does not set advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, and no third-party analytics service. Typefaces are served from the website itself rather than from an outside font service.

Embedded videos

Educational videos on the RON, RON video guides, and Behind the Stamp pages are embedded from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode. Loading a page that contains a video discloses your IP address to YouTube so the player can load. Cookies are set only if you play a video.

Booking and intake

Booking and intake are handled on pages hosted by GoHighLevel and reached through links on this website. Those pages are governed by their own terms and may set their own cookies. Nothing from that system is embedded in this website.

Website host logs

The website host records standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and time of request, for security and operation. This is server logging rather than a cookie.

Your choices

Cookies can be managed through browser settings. Blocking cookies does not prevent any part of this website from working.

Changes

If tracking, analytics, or advertising technology is ever added to this website, this Notice will be updated before that technology is activated.
