I'm a fully mobile notary serving Saint Paul, the Twin Cities, and the surrounding metro. I travel to you — your home, office, hospital, care facility, or wherever is most convenient — to make notarizing your documents simple and stress-free.

What I notarize

A notarial act is charged according to the notarial certificate and act performed. Documents with multiple signers or certificates may require more than one notarial act. Your exact total is confirmed in writing before your appointment.

Real Estate & Loan Signing

As a certified loan signing agent, I professionally facilitate real estate closings and loan-document signings of all kinds — purchases, refinances, HELOCs, seller packages, reverse mortgages, and more. I guide signers through the document package, identify where to sign, date, and initial, and confirm everything is completed according to the hiring party's instructions to keep the appointment organized and on time.

• Professional signing facilitation
• Document delivery / courier drop-off within the metro area
• Documents dropped at UPS/FedEx by 8:15 PM for next-day arrival
